Return Policy
You can return an item for any reason,
we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will be
glad to replace the item, exchange it for new merchandise, or
issue a full refund for merchandise only, (shipping cost are non
refundable). Products may be returned for replacement or refund
as follows.

You must contact us within 14 days of
your delivery date
for you to obtain a refund. You may email us at
info@RacePartyDecorations.com or call us at
(336) 991-6937 to inform us of your return.

Returned items will only be accepted in their original, unopened packaging. All returns should
be sent via , FedEx, USPS , UPS or any other courier
that issues a tracking number. It is also a good idea
for you to insure the package for its content value if
you choose.

For quality control, please advise us what
items you are returning and the reason for
returning.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR RETURNS
WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT
TO A 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE.
The Restocking charge will be
subtracted from your refund.

A 50% HANDLING CHARGE WILL
APPLY TO ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.

DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE CLAIMS
MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN (10) TEN DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE
MERCHANDISE.

You are responsible for return shipping costs of all returns
which were not a result of an error on our part and/or
of us missing a specified delivery date because of
our
negligence.
Note: We are not
responsible for missed delivery dates due to the
carrier we use or the shipping option you choose. Once
we ship the package we can not guarantee the timely
delivery of your order unless you pay for USPS Express
mail guaranty or a FedEx Express service (i.e.
overnight, 2-day, or 3 day Express Saver). FedEx
Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class mail are
not guaranteed services, delivery times are estimates
only.

We are also not responsible for
acts of God or mother nature which cause a delay in mail
delivery.

International USPS
Express mail and USPS Priority mail are not guaranteed,
estimated delivery times are just estimates. If
you need a Guaranty you need to choose Global Express
International.
